Much like the Japanese aesthetic of Wabi Sabi, my art reflects an internal resonance with the natural world and the unconditional acceptance of the beauty of all things, including their imperfections and impermanence.
My work delves in the process of intuition and liberating act of playful exploration. With the momentum and energy of improvisation, the work becomes a rhythmic vehicle of discovery, instilling a constant process with many challenges, ranging from the chaotic to the meditative. I aspire to more abstraction and simplicity! Playing with themes that I love, that resonate from my soul, from landscapes, botanicals, and still life, with an edge of obscuration keep me invested in the process.
