This is the featured show of the 5th Annual Third Street Songwriters Festival. Headliner, Jeffrey Steele, is a 5x Grammy Nominee, 3x NSAI Songwriter of the Year, and 2x BMI Songwriter of the Year. He has been recognized by BMI for 65 million airplays for hits he penned for a multitude of artists including Keith Urban, Eric Church, Zac Brown Band, Jimmy Buffett, Montgomery Gentry, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Cher, .38 Special, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Trace Adkins, LeAnn Rimes, Rascal Flatts, Joe Cocker, Little Joe Bonamassa, and more. He has won over 35 BMI Country and Pop awards. He has been name Billboard Magazine's top 5 writers 8 years in a row. Not only will you love the songs, but the performance will be on of the best ever.

The opening round includes all songwriters with publishing deals in Nashville that hail from Louisiana. CJ Solar from Baton rouge has written songs for Jarrod Niemann, Justin Moore, and others. He had his first #1 as a writer in 2018 when "Up Down' recorded by Morgan Wallen ft. Florida Georgia Line topped both Billboard & Mediabase charts. Rick Huckaby, also, from Baton Rouge has written songs for Trace Adkins, Thomas Rhett, and others. Blake Griffith from Grand Cane, LA, signed a publishing deal last year with Jeffrey Steele's publishing company.
