Film Production Camp: Lights, Camera, Action!

Ages 11-16 *Child must be 11 by April 1st, 2024

Registration Dates: begins January 23rd at 10:30am for Manship Theatre Family Members and above ONLY. Registration for the Public begins February 20th at 10:30am.

‍To register: Call the Manship Theatre ticket desk at 225-344-0334 Tuesday-Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm (*CLOSED Monday). You are welcome to register in person during Ticket Desk hours as well. Online Registration is not available.

Manship Theatre is thrilled to invite a staff of film enthusiasts who will introduce the film fundamentals and equipment that will be used to create collaborative film projects.  Our campers will also enjoy screenwriting, acting, camera, sound and lighting techniques, and film editing. As a glitzy highlight to “wrap” up the week, we invite our campers, their family, and friends to walk our red carpet on Friday, June 28th at 5pm for our film festival on Manship Theatre’s big screen. Dress to impress!
