ARTEMIS

“A killer line-up of players… they all converge on this extremely cosmopolitan, sleek, rhythm-forward, modern sound.” (NPR) Fresh off their second consecutive win for Jazz Group of the Year in the DownBeat Readers Poll, ARTEMIS returns with their third Blue Note album, Arboresque. Helmed by pianist and musical director Renee Rosnes, the new quintet features trumpeter Ingrid Jensen, tenor saxophonist Nicole Glover, bassist Noriko Ueda, and drummer Allison Miller. The album is a celebration of collaboration and creativity, while also exploring the beauty of nature and the environment. Known for their virtuosity, chemistry, and forward-thinking style, ARTEMIS
continues to captivate audiences worldwide with their sophisticated, rhythm-driven sound.
