National Geographic Live Speaker Series

Manship Theatre was proud to bring a three-part speaker series by National Geographic to our main stage. The National Geographic Live Speaker Series is a series of events that brings together some of the world's most inspiring explorers, scientists, and photographers to share their stories and experiences with audiences around the world. They share their stories through multimedia presentations that include photos, videos, and personal anecdotes.

All three speakers gave a school show presentation and a public show presentation. Both were followed by a Q&A. The public presentations were followed with a meet and greet. Audiences at these events had the opportunity to learn about different cultures, discover new scientific insights, and explore the natural world through the eyes of these inspiring individuals. The events also provided a platform for audience members to engage with the speakers and ask questions after the presentations.

Overall, the National Geographic Live Speaker Series was a unique and engaging way for Baton Rouge to learn about the world around us and to be inspired by the incredible people who are working to make a difference.
