    ‍Link is a digital wallet built by Stripe, similar to Google Wallet, Apple Wallet, or Amazon Pay.

    Link is an option that patrons can opt into using when making a payment online to your organization.

    Patrons don't have to set up an account, but can if they'd like.

  • Manship Theatre only sells tickets directly from the manshiptheatre.org website.

    Manship Theatre does not honor tickets purchased from 3rd party sites. If a patron presents a ticket or receipt purchased from another site, or the name does not match the ticket order, Manship Theatre cannot guarantee that person will be able to use this ticket, or have a seat for the performance.

    Please contact Manship Theatre directly for your options if you are not able to use your ticket.

    Tickets purchased at the ticket desk will still include fees.

    Note that the first and second mezzanines are both positioned over the orchestra ring, offering a close view of the stage from all levels.

    Our 328 seat theatre offers a close-up and intimate view of the performers from any spot. Don't worry, there's not a bad seat in the house!

  • We do not have a clear bag policy at Manship Theatre. As long as your bag does not block aisles, you may bring any bag you like.

  • Service animals are welcome at all Manship Theatre shows. Please make sure they are wearing their service vest. Not required, but for your convenience and ours, please contact the ticket desk in advance if you plan on bringing your service animal so we can be better prepared for your arrival. 225.344.0334

    Other animals may be welcome at Manship Theatre on a case-by-case basis. If the animal is a disturbance to the other patrons, you will be asked to leave.

    Please make sure your pet has used the bathroom prior to arrival in the theatre, and do not allow your pet to be off leash at anytime during your visit.

    We will ask patrons sitting around you if they have allergies or issues with your pet, if so we may need to reseat you and your pet.

  • Yes.

    Entrances to Manship Theatre on both Lafayette and Third Streets are wheelchair accessible. Handicapped seating is available on all three levels of Manship Theatre in the Box Seating on the Left Side of the Theatre. Patrons can either view performances from the comfort of their wheelchair, or use one of several transfer seats, designed to easily assist the patron in and out of the theatre seat. If you choose to remain in your own chair, please contact Manship Theatre Ticket Desk so we can prepare your spot prior to your arrival.

    When you purchase your ticket, you will see an option to select handicap accessible seating.

    Elevators are located on the left side of the Theatre.

  • No, as long as the QR code is visible, we can scan your PDF on your phone.

    1. Pull up the QR code from the ticket PDF file that was emailed to you at your time of purchase.

    2. Turn up the brightness on your phone

    House Managers will  assist you with scanning your tickets.

  • Manship Theatre does not issue refunds except in cases of family emergencies.

    You may be able to receive a Manship Show credit that can be redeemed for any Manship show at a later date.

    *Show credits and refunds are on a case-by-case basis, and are not guaranteed, some restrictions apply based on the event.

    ‍Do not use a Resale ticketing service to resell your tickets.

  • All patrons, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket upon entry of the Manship Theatre.

  • Theatre M&E Fees: To ensure the quality of Manship Theatre and additional spaces, an additional $3.00 is charged per ticket towards maintenance of the facility.

    Processing and Handling Fees: Manship Theatre charges $1.00 order fee per order.

    Credit Card Fee: A $2.00 feef or concerts of $1.00 fee for films and shows in the Hartley/Vey Studio Theatre is added per ticket for all credit card purchases to help cover costs of credit card, and processing fees.

    Sales Tax: 0% sales tax is charged for non profit show tickets and a 10.5% for all for profit show tickets as required by Louisiana law.
