Frequently Asked Questions

  • Bring your own movie! Within reason, you may show any movie you’d like, rated G-R.

    • Up to 300 guests

    • Use of main theatre and Foyer for 3 hours.

    • State of the art movie projection, screen, and sound.

    • Cash bar and free popcorn.

    • House manager and projectionist.

    • Use of a microphone.

    • Janitorial staff.

    • Insurance coverage for the day of the events.

    • Security available for additional cost.

    • Open bar

    • Reception: add time before or after the movie

    • Red carpet event

    • Show an epic: upgrade the movie length

    • Make it for kids - ask about our candy bar!

  • Street parking downtown is free on weekends, and after 6:00 on weekdays. We suggest mentioning this when you invite your guests.

    The Third Street Garage is also a short walk away.

  • We are a non-profit venue with unique and beautiful spaces, and a specialized staff that cares.

    Allowing us to host your movie showing is a great way to support the arts in Baton Rouge and help us bring even more great talent to Baton Rouge.

  • $1,200 for up to 3 hours is the base cost. Contact us for info about add-ons.
